Practice one-to-one


This is an opportunity to work one-to-one with Movement teacher, Jason Round.

WHO:

Whether an enthusiast, practitioner, dancer, martial-artist, or athlete, your “base-layer” is Movement. Locating & unifying the weak-links here will positively affect your performance in any other sport, discipline, or practice. I have worked together with both casual and competitive practitioners in fields such as Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, western boxing, Aikido & Karate, Capoeira, contemporary, Latin & Break-dance, high-diving, climbing, Parkour, freediving, Yoga, Kite-/surfing, skateboarding, skiing & snowboarding, a range of athletic events, team sports and more.

WHAT:
We will determine what is required to improve your general movement proficiency with directed focus on your individual objectives & goals. This ranges from the general of injury-prevention/rehabilitation and applied capacity-development (e.g. strength & mobility according to your needs), to the specifics of competition preparation in a range of disciplines, focus on ‘floorwork’ (dance & martial-arts), breathing practices, or developing a Handstand practice. You will be given programming based on the material we study for further independent practice.

WHERE (LIVE & ONLINE):
ONLINE: For general consultations on your practice, discussion & input on programming, or 1-to-1 online sessions working together on your specific subjects/areas of focus. Online sessions are a perfect option for those unable to travel to a live practice.
LIVE: Canton of Bern, Switzerland (Bern city & Biel/Bienne) – indoor practice may require an additional surcharge for space-rental. For other Cantons, e.g. Zürich, Basel, Geneva, clients are  requested to cover time (if over 1 hour) & travel expenses.

REQUIREMENT & INDICATIVE PRICING:
A genuine willingness to learn & invest in your practice & personal training. Availability is limited & pricing determined on an individual basis relative to the requirement & extent of material studied*. LIVE sessions are a minimum of 2-hours with an *indicative price CHF 350.-. ONLINE sessions are a minimum of 90 minutes with an *indicative price of CHF 250.-. Basic programming with comprehensive video-support is provided for both live & online clients. There is a reduction on sessions of 10x.

INTENSIVE:
5-days of 1-to-1 training for individuals, pairs, or small groups can be provided. An example schedule would include 2x sessions of 2-3 hours of practice per day, and programming will be provided based on the material we study for your further independent practice.
